Come along and train at one of our friendly classes. All ages and abilities welcome.

We teach both the martial art side and sporting aspects of our art.

The Sporting side of Taisudo includes; Light-Contact Kickboxing on mat, Amateur Kickboxing and Amateur K-1 Rules Kickboxing in the ring, as well as professional Kickboxing for higher graded and more experienced students. No students will be forced to spar or enter tournament, these are completely of their own accord.
